Navigating the AI Jungle

In my 40 years of estate agency software experience, I've always managed to be in the right place at the right time to get to grips with and exploit the latest technology.

MS-DOS to 16-bit Windows to 32-bit Windows to browser based ‘software as a service’. Each step was revolutionary. I didn't jump straight in, though. I was an early adopter rather than an innovator.

There's another revolution under way and it is the biggest yet.

This Autumn I'm undertaking a safari through the AI jungle. I want to separate fact from fiction and soft-ware from hot-air-ware.

I aim to speak to real agents that are making proper use of AI based technology. I want to get thorough in-depth demos from the various tech companies and I want to see their products in use.

Don't get me wrong. I've no intention of creating or investing in another software business. Two is enough! What I want to do is to be in a position to provide an unrivalled level of understanding and maybe consultancy in this space.

I'll write a few reports and papers which I'll publish for free. I hope to pick up some consultancy jobs from agents lost in the jungle and maybe some of the tech companies will need some physical help.
